Meet Our Team!

  • Emilie completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo where she studied Kinesiology in the co-op program. In 2016, Emilie graduated from the Master's of Physical Therapy program at University of Toronto. She is an advocate for active rehabilitation programs and interprofessional care. Emilie is eager to take acupuncture and orthopaedic courses in the future to be able to offer more services to her patients. When Emilie isn't working, she keeps herself busy by competing in races and playing soccer.

  • Vanessa travelled to Dublin, Ireland for two years to complete her Masters in Physiotherapy at the University College Dublin. Prior to attending UCD she completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at McMaster University in Kinesiology minoring in Health and Aging. Vanessa is very passionate about sports and fitness. She loves to be active outside of the clinic including playing on her beach volleyball team and enjoying hot yoga classes. Her main interests are treating patients with neck and back pain. Her plans are to continue to expand her knowledge and skillset by becoming an acupuncture provider and manipulation therapist.

    Vanessa Longo, Personal Support Worker

  • Crystal is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She is a member of both the Ontario and Canadian Kinesiology Associations. Crystal graduated from University of Windsor in 2007 with an Honours Human Kinetics degree majoring in Movement Science. She has extensive clinical experience working with patients to achieve their goals. She believes in a hands on approach to recovery and in proper exercise instruction in order to maintain one's physical and mental health. With her focus on lifetime learning, Crystal has taken numerous courses over the years. She is also a Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator and Personal Trainer. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her daughter, cooking healthy recipes, yoga and hitting the gym.

    Crystal Alderson, Registered Kinesiologist

  • Kathryn is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated with honors from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek. She is passionate about massage therapy and its role in tissue health and injury rehabilitation. Kathryn left a successful career in advertising after being rehabilitated herself, following an extensive back injury. She felt so inspired by the health care practitioners who aided her on her journey that she felt inspired to do the same for others. Kathryn’s passion is helping people and she can truly understand your pain and the effect your injury is having on your life. She has experience in treating a multitude of conditions, specifically post orthopedic surgery procedures as well as sprains, strains, tendonitis and general postural imbalances.

    Kathryn Bourque, Registered Massage Therapist

  • Jeff is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He graduated with honors from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek in 2013. Jeff enjoys working with his clients to determine their shared goals for treatment and experiences true satisfaction when they realize those goals together. He feels soft tissue assessment and individualized treatment can go a long way in improving a client’s recovery and overall quality of life. He has a background in computer technology and network administration in his previous career and still enjoys working on computers and playing sports in his spare time.
