  • Fairview Rehab - Stella Niewiadomski (2)

    Registered Physiotherapist MSc Physiotherapy BSc Microbiology Medical Acupuncture Provider Stella completed her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2010. Prior to her studies in physiotherapy, Stella completed a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at the University of Guelph in 2008. Stella is a physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations. Stella has also been associated with McMaster University since 2012, teaching physiotherapy students in problem based tutorial classes and in the clinic setting. Stella has been working as a member of the Fairview Rehabilitation Centre team since 2010. She has also gained experience through numerous placements in orthopedic settings. Stella is a graduate of the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program and uses acupuncture to treat musculoskeletal dysfunction. She has also successfully completed the second level of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s manual therapy courses and a laser therapy certification course. In her spare time, Stella can be found practising yoga, working out at the gym, indoor rock climbing or trying to solve a crossword.

    Kathryn is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated with honors from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek. She is passionate about massage therapy and its role in tissue health and injury rehabilitation. Kathryn left a successful career in advertising after being rehabilitated herself, following an extensive back injury. She felt so inspired by the health care practitioners who aided her on her journey that she felt inspired to do the same for others. Kathryn’s passion is helping people and she can truly understand your pain and the effect your injury is having on your life. She has experience in treating a multitude of conditions, specifically post orthopedic surgery procedures as well as sprains, strains, tendonitis and general postural imbalances.

  • Fairview Rehab - Melissa Fequet

    Melissa is a Certified Athletic Therapist and a member of the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association. She graduated from Concordia University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Athletic Therapy. Melissa is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has worked with many different sports and in the clinic knows how to use personalized exercises to get you back to the activities or sports you enjoy. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys yoga, hiking and baking.

  • Fairview Rehab - Jeffery Moore

    Jeff is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He graduated with honors from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek in 2013. Jeff enjoys working with his clients to determine their shared goals for treatment and experiences true satisfaction when they realize those goals together. He feels soft tissue assessment and individualized treatment can go a long way in improving a client’s recovery and overall quality of life. He has a background in computer technology and network administration in his previous career and still enjoys working on computers and playing sports in his spare time.

    Megan graduated from Sheridan College in 2015 with a Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy. She has clinical experience at the University of Toronto-Mississauga (UTM), the Toronto Football Club Academy (TFCA), Rosedale Wellness Centre and Centennial College. In these clinical settings, she had the opportunity to work with patients ranging from professional athletes to the elderly population. Megan also has experience working a wide range of sporting events including the Ontario Winter Games, the National Tae Kwon Do Championships and the Run for the Road Marathon. She believes in a full body treatment approach and feels as though rehabilitation of the part should not be attempted without treatment of the whole. In her free time, Megan enjoys strength training, yoga and spending time with her friends and family.
